Our annual employee engagement survey has a 91-percentage participation rate and shows a high engagement level, 82 on a 100-point scale, which is a strong result above the financial benchmark. The engagement is based on how happy our employees are at work and whether they would recommend SEB as an employer. The survey also shows that our employees have a positive outlook on SEB’s future and that they appreciate our warm and welcoming culture, the ability to be themselves at work and our equal opportunities.
