We believe that it will enable us to create value faster in today’s uncertain and complex world. The framework puts an emphasis on concrete behaviours to stimulate diversity of thought and authenticity.

SEB has a strategic and long-term approach to leadership. The aim is to help our leaders focus their leadership efforts and support them and their teams in carrying out SEB’s strategic agenda and speed up innovation and inspire entrepreneurial minds where we operate.
