Our organisational structure consists of four divisions:
The divisions work in close collaboration with the Technology organisation, which is responsible for SEB's IT infrastructure, systems, and applications, providing daily services to the bank's customers. Additionally, we have several group and support functions that offer expertise and services across the bank.
The Corporate & Investment Banking division serves large corporates and financial institution clients on the global market.
Our Business & Retail Banking division provide advisory services and financial solutions to private customers in Sweden, as well as a comprehensive range of products and services for small and medium businesses.
Our strategy in the private market is to meet customers' full needs for advice and financial services. We make it easy for our customers to manage their personal economy and plans for the future, with a special emphasis on savings.
For small and medium businesses we strive to build on our reputation as the leading Swedish corporate bank. We do so by taking a comprehensive approach to each company's situation, including the needs of employees and owners.
Our Wealth & Asset Management division offers tailored solutions in private wealth, asset management, and life insurance, providing financing and advisory services with a focus on sustainability and lasting value.
We offer individually tailored financing solutions, with access to SEB’s collective analysis and expertise, advisory services and capital markets.
Investment Management a wholly owned subsidiary of SEB, which handles fund management and discretionary mandates across the bank.
Life offers a complete range of insurance and security solutions for individuals and companies. The division supports long-term sustainable business development in its operations.
Our Baltic division support individuals and businesses in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania through innovative banking solutions and a strong commitment to sustainability.
The Baltic division provides universal banking including advisory services to private individuals and all corporate customer segments in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, with significant market shares across key segments and products in all three countries.
Implements a new Chief Operating Officer (COO) function and consolidates three existing divisions into the new Wealth & Asset Management division.
To safeguard the interests of the Group as a whole, the President consults with the GEC on matters of vital importance or of importance as to principles. The GEC deals with, among other things, issues of common concern to several divisions, strategic issues, business plans, financial forecasts and reports. The Group Executive Committee meets at least twice a month.
SEB’s tradition of supporting people and companies, and contributing to the development of society, goes back to 1856, when André Oscar Wallenberg founded the bank. We are also part of something bigger – the Wallenberg ecosystem.
