Gigs, RPD, job rotation and design sprints
At SEB, we are convinced that everyone has talent. We strive to match our employees’ talents with job roles where they can both grow, be committed and contribute to the bank. To make this possible, we offer the chance to take on shorter job assignments such as gigs, job rotation, Rapid Process Design (RPD) and design sprints, providing platforms for employees to explore their talents in new ways.
Design Driven Ideation and Service Design
At SEB we strive for a holistic perspective and an open mindset to support the possibility of ideation and innovation in all parts of the organisation. Big or small. In our daily work, we want to be test-driven, in other words, to test and visualize our ideas with colleagues or others in our surroundings. Getting into the customer's shoes and look at the big picture, rather than delving into the details. To become more agile and to reach our vision to deliver world class service to our customers, all our employees will take part of the service design concept.
