Youth LAB is a paid international internship programme at SEB. You will dedicate five weeks of time working on real and meaningful business projects. One week of time you will be innovating for sustainable future and learning design thinking methods. You will also get a personal mentor who will support you throughout the internship.

SEB Mobile Team is responsible for the deliveries in SEB Mobile banking Application for more than 1 million users in Baltics. We are passionate in improving the experience for our customers and bringing tools to make better decision for better financial future.

Your responsibilities will include:

Gathering data about various Mobile app features and solutions

Analyzing market, customer feedback and competitors

Gathering, analyzing, and writing functional requirements

Creating development tasks in JIRA

Participate in team agile ceremonies

Testing newly developed features

To thrive in this role, we believe you are:

a student in higher educational institution

interested in various digital features and solutions

have excellent communication and teamwork abilities

are Fluent in Lithuanian and English work execution is related to foreign countries.[LK1]

Outgoing & positive team player with can-do attitude

Able to manage your time & prioritize tasks

1.050 € - 1.300 € a month

Before tax deduction, the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
