Youth LAB is a paid international internship programme in SEB Bank and SEB Group. You will dedicate five weeks of time working on real and meaningful business projects. Another one week of time you will be innovating for sustainable future and learn design thinking methods. You will get a personal mentor who will support you throughout the internship.

About the team:

As an intern in our team, you'll be part of an inclusive team of professional and engaged colleagues. You will have the opportunity to discover what happens after an investment deal is done – there are many exciting processes which usually stay behind scenes. By collaborating and networking you will be welcome to challenge the existing processes and come up with improvement ideas.

Your responsibilities will include:

Interpretation of investment agreements

Implementation of independent risk controls

Daily monitoring and reporting

Involvement in team’s projects and activities

To thrive in this role, we believe you should:

Be a student in higher educational institution.

Have basic understanding of financial instruments and willingness to learn.

Have experience and interest in programming in SQL or Python (will be considered as advantage).

Have excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Be fluent in English. Work execution is related to foreign countries.

Have strong analytical and time management skills.

850 € - 1.050 € a month

Monthly salary range indicated for this position is before tax deduction. The offer for final candidate* will depend on experience and competences of the candidate for the required job. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
