About the role
You will lead a department with main responsibilities to develop and maintain the global payment platform and payment services in our internal and external channels. You will also be IT lead in the pay & get paid tribe within the A&P domain. The department consist of approximately 140 people in seven different teams, located in Stockholm, Örebro and Vilnius.
A key focus of your role will be guiding and steering the department through the major transformation ongoing in the payment landscape, delivering according to plans from Payment Roadmap, as part of the Accounts & Payments domain agenda. You will lead your department together with a highly motived and skilled management team, drive change while maintaining high standards in daily operations.
You will report to the Area Head and play an active role in the Payment & Reporting Management team.
As a Technology Department Manager, you will:
Lead and guide your management team. Act as the Tribe IT Lead within the Pay & Get Paid tribeCommunicate and closely interact with leading representatives at the different Business functions as well as with managers and architects within Tech. Secure stable and reliable applications with a robust maintenance organization. Ensure a healthy IT portfolio in your area from a risk, security, and compliance perspective.Be part of Payment & Reporting Management Team.
