About the role
As a Release Manager in the A&P domain at SEB, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating activities for releases, including deployments in shared test and production environments, roll out/go-live, and post-implementation reviews. You will supervise the A&P domain Release Portfolio and support the implementation and compliance of the Change Management process within the A&P domain delivery teams. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvements of the Change, Release, and Configuration Management processes.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have
- Documented experience of working in large organizations with complex tech environments within change, release, or project management.
- A good understanding of agile software development methodologies.
- Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English.
- Collaborative nature with excellent coordination skills and readiness to do hands-on work where needed.
- A passion for keeping documentation up to date.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
It’s also considered meritorious if:
- A master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer engineering/science or similar is a benefit but not a necessity.
- Equally important is your passion for coordination in software development and a strong interest in staying updated on relevant industry and technology trends.
