We are currently seeking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Procurement and Vendor Management Group to join our Lithuanian team within Baltic Procurement and Vendor Management area. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful implementation of SEB Group Procurement strategy in compliance with European and Lithuanian regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead complex sourcing projects across the country and Baltic region and support SEB Group sourcing initiativesManage Baltic and country supplier spend categories, including planning, prioritization and strategy developmentEnsure that all instructions, guidelines, and documentation in procurement and vendor management area are up-to-date and compliant with procurement and vendor management strategy set by SEB Group as well as in accordance with European and national regulatory requirementsEnsure best practices in third-party risk management, procurement and vendor managementEnsure relevant third-party related reporting to regulatorsLead and plan local work for Procurement and Vendor Management GroupPlay an essential role as part of Baltic Procurement and Vendor Management teamDirectly manage and mentor a local Procurement team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
5+ years’ experience in procurement, sourcing and vendor managementExcellent stakeholder management and negotiation skillsStrong analytical and prioritization skills, with a holistic process viewAbility to handle difficult, unexpected situations and complex challengesPositive attitude with good communication and presentation skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-border organizationGoal-oriented with a calm and steady demeanour during stressful and complex situations under high pressurePrevious experience working in an international and matrixed organization is a plusManagerial experience is highly desirableMaster degree in Finance, Economics, Legal or Business administrationPrevious experience working in financial sector is a plusFluency in spoken and written EnglishLeadership and influencing skills, ability to motivate peopleResult driven, structured, ability to plan and define prioritiesGood understanding of regulatory and risk frameworks that are related to third-party management is an advantage

Monthly salary range for this position will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits
