We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical C&B Specialist to support both operational and advisory aspects of our compensation processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine hands-on tasks with business support in a dynamic environment.
About the role
You will contribute to the implementation of our job architecture model and engage in business advisory work by analyzing data, providing insights and preparing impactful presentations for senior leaders. Additionally, you will take a lead role in projects and initiatives within the Compensation & Benefits area and assist with coordination and preparation of department activities.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of our job architecture model and assist senior C&B professionals in their daily work within the organizationDesign and create professional PowerPoint presentations helping to communicate data and analysis in a clear, engaging, and easily understandable wayGather, analyze, and interpret compensation and benefits data, providing decision making material and actionable insights to C&B professionals and senior leadersTake a lead role in projects and initiatives within the Compensation & Benefits area, often with a data or system driven flavorIn addition to the core tasks, you’ll support with general coordination and preparation for department-related activities, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of key initiatives.
To thrive in this position, we believe you have:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferredA couple of years’ experience from working in HR, preferably in the Compensation & Benefits area,An analytical mindset, strong organizational skills and attention to detail,Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and visualization,Ability to create clear and impactful PowerPoint presentations,Experience from taking a lead role in projects,Interest in aligning compensation strategies with business goals,A collaborative mindset and initiative to contribute across functions,Fluency in English, both spoken and written, as we operate in an international environment where English often is the working language.
