Credit ratings - Kreditbetyg

SEB arbetar fortlöpande med att förbättra koncernens kreditbetyg. Det är viktigt eftersom ett högt betyg över tiden innebär lägre upplåningskostnader och fler affärsmöjligheter på de internationella kapitalmarknaderna. SEB har kreditbetyg från Fitch, Moody’s och S&P Global. Moody’s sätter även kreditbetyg på SEB’s säkerställda obligationer.

Moody’s: Changed outlook from Stable to Positive reflecting view that higher RWA density and higher capital requirements will result in higher volumes of senior non-preferred debt being issued to meet MREL requirements.

Changed from Negative to Stable outlook reflecting reduced downside risks as the economic recovery in SEB's home markets gathers pace - Fitch
