Business Agility
A unique and brave decision was made when we were seeking a new path to reach business agility. We have adopted the Lean-Agile Framework (LeAF) – to ensure we stay relevant to our clients' demands and needs. In most cases, an agile transformation is a bottom-up movement within IT. To reach its full potential, you will need the entire company to collaborate.
At SEB, LeAF is our common business development framework. It guides us – help us develop and maintain solutions in teams, agile release trains, and portfolios governed by our virtual organization. It is based on lean and agile values and principles – and describes the process from idea to the usage of our customers.
In each area of the bank we collaborate cross business, technology & operation and have the accountability to develop, run and maintain our products and services.
Continuous learning
To say we are perfect would not be accurate. But we strive to learn to find the best way for us forward in this complex world. We are proud that we do everything we can to let our employees acquire skills to be even better than they were yesterday. At SEB, you can attend courses for Chief Scrum Masters, Chief Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Lead Developers. Just to mention a few of our courses. You will get the opportunity to do extensive training in SAFEs, as well as other exciting tech training.
