Anders Rydin appointed acting Head of Enskilda Securities

Tom Vidar Rygh
has decided to leave his position as Head of Enskilda Securities for personal reasons.
 
As acting Head has been appointed Anders Rydin, board member of Enskilda Securities since 1998 and former CFO of SEB.
 
The search process for a permanent Head of Enskilda Securities will now start and a solution is expected in the first quarter of 2004.
 
Anders Rydin will take up the position by year-end.
