Youth LAB is a paid international internship programme in SEB Bank and SEB Group. You will dedicate five weeks of time working on real and meaningful business projects. Another one week of time you will be innovating for sustainable future and learn design thinking methods. You will get a personal mentor who will support you throughout the internship.

About the team:

Securities Reconciliation team is identifying discrepancies on securities and internal cash accounts and reporting those to responsible units. By collaborating closely with the stakeholders, the team aims to mitigate financial and reputational risks for SEB and its clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Performing reconciliation of securities and internal cash accounts for different stakeholders.

Supporting the team in maintaining statements of funds.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all reconciliation activities.

Exploring opportunities for task automation.

Providing general support to the Securities Reconciliation team.

To thrive in this role, we believe you should:

Be a team player with excellent communication skills.

Be fluent in English, as the work is related to foreign countries.

Possess a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to meeting deadlines.

Be able to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.

850 € - 1.050 € a month

Monthly salary range indicated for this position is before tax deduction. The offer for final candidate* will depend on experience and competences of the candidate for the required job. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
