About the team: As a part of Customer Overview and Digital Enablers Tribe in SEB Baltics, we, Customer Data Lifecycle team, are on the journey to build future-proof and innovative Customer data processes, automated data integrations and remote onboarding solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Write and update necessary process/project documentations, procedure rules, instructions, training materials etc.Execute tests on improved/developed functionality and analyze resultsConvert business requirements, objectives and needs into business or development tasksDrive sprint tasks in a self-organized and self-led way to contribute to the sprint goal and committed deliveries
