Youth LAB is a paid international internship programme at SEB. You will dedicate five weeks of time working on real and meaningful business projects. One week of time you will be innovating for sustainable future and learning design thinking methods. You will also get a personal mentor who will support you throughout the internship.

Our Baltic team works with life insurance risk assessment and claims handling. Risk assessment means assessing insurance risks and deciding whether and under what conditions and tariffs it is possible to take the risk into the portfolio. Claims handling takes place when an insured event occurs and assesses whether it is an insured event according to the product terms and conditions. We also deal with the development and testing of these processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Communication with clients

Uploading documents

Collecting data and statistics

Helping with testing and other tasks related with system development

Assisting with newsletter creation

Archiving documents

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

To be a student in higher educational institution

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Diligence and attentiveness

To be fluent in Lithuanian and English

To be able to manage your time & prioritize

Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for basic tasks.

Motivation to learn and complete assigned tasks
