Youth LAB is a paid international internship programme at SEB. You will dedicate five weeks of time working on real and meaningful business projects. As a Savings & Investment Tribe business developer intern, you will have a responsibility to understand, update and develop S&I products and services. Your primary focus will be developing trading service and supporting related IT developments, to enable SEB in providing first class services to clients in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
Your responsibilities will include:
Analysing, developing and updating business processes.Contributing to user experience (UX) testing, to ensure our user journeys are fluent and intuitive Drawing IT development requirements and providing full support for IT developmentDealing with client issues and inquiries regarding S&I products
To thrive in this role, we believe:
you are a student in higher educational institution in disciplines of finance, economics mathematics or similar,you are fluent in Lithuanian and English,you don’t take “No” for an answer, you are curious to learn by doing, and you want to apply your academic knowledge,you are outgoing, positive team player and possess excellent communication skills.

1.050 € - 1.300 € a month
Before tax deduction, the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
