SEB Kort Bank is a fully owned subsidiary of SEB, operating mainly in the Nordics, Central Europe and North America after recently acquiring AirPlus. SEB Kort’s business targets two strategic areas; corporates and consumers. In both areas, SEB Kort works from two different brand perspectives: our own brands, and several partner brands. Following the acquisition of AirPlus an integral part is to merge the businesses and become a leading provider of corporate payment solutions in Europe with a global reach.
About the role
SEB Kort’s Risk & Capital management function is a team of eight people currently placed in Stockholm, however, the position is open for all our Nordic home markets. The main focus areas are credit risk optimization and governance, development of pricing models to increase profitability as well as regulatory adherence.
In the role as Risk Analyst your main responsibilities will be in the areas of:
• Developing the credit underwriting, improving pre-collection and collection processes, evaluating and implementing new data sources, focusing on risk and profitability.
• Developing risk management processes using data as your main tool.
• Ensuring data quality and data quality controls.
• Supporting the business, and other teams, with data driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Developing monitoring and internal reporting of financial risk metrics to be reported to SEB Kort management and other relevant stakeholders.
• You will be working closely with the business, IT and other stakeholders across SEB Kort, as well as in SEB Group.

Your preferred background:
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Analytical skills and knowledge to handle complex information.
• Programming skills in SAS and SQL queries or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, engineering, mathematics or similar.
• Good stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate cross-divisionally.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and a Scandinavian language.
