What you will be doing:
You will lead Collaboration services engineering team (~12 engineers), be part of Baltic IT services leadership team, manage vendors, contracts, stakeholders in Tech area and beyond. Our brilliant techies work hard to future proof SEB’s digital architecture and customer products because it genuinely makes a huge impact for our customers and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include:
Lead the team of M365, Telephony and daily services onsite support engineersOwn SEB Baltic Collaboration platform, Telephony services and daily support onsite servicesManage technical roadmap and team activities backlogEnsure necessary and up to date team competencesManage relevant assets, expenses, contracts, external supplier servicesEnsure governance and control requirements are fulfilled in your areaBuild and maintain relationships with various stakeholders in the company and with vendors

Passionate for IT platform technologiesKnowledgeable in Microsoft M365, Azure, telephony, end user technologiesExperience as a leader for engineering team is a big plusFlexible and willing to take ownershipOutgoing & positive team playerDiligent, able to work in regulated environmentInterested in building relationships in company and with vendorsAbility to inspire and motivate distributed teamsFluent in English, oral and written (English is required because job is organized in the Baltic teams)

3.900 € - 5.900 € a month
(before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
