SEB’s trainee- and tech program are one of the most attractive ones in the market, and last year a record-high number of applications were received, with almost 4,000 and 2,000 applications for each program.
Now the application processes for the trainee and tech programs 2022/23 have kicked off. The trainee program has 23 vacancies in Sweden, the Baltics, Finland and Luxembourg, while the tech program has 21 vacancies in Sweden and in the Baltics.
The themes for the trainee program are digitalisation and sustainability in line with SEB's strategy, thus all job roles are connected to these areas.
To market the program and reach out to talents, SEB will conduct different marketing efforts and employer branding activities in social media and take part of career fairs and university events.
