How to exercise your rights
To exercise your rights, please contact your client representative within SEB. Note that due to banking secrecy requirements, arrangements to manage conflicts of interest and other internal information barriers, your client representative may not be familiar with all capacities in which you interact with us. Therefore, in order to provide you with the best possible service please be specific with regard to the capacity in which you wish to exercise your rights, that is as a user of an electronic service, as a beneficial owner or another capacity and the information that you seek.
Where applicable, you have the right to make a complaint to the competent data protection authority. In Sweden, the relevant authority is the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection.
