We obtain your personal data from you in conjunction with recording you as an insider in relation to a company or transaction.

Processing in the context of maintaining insider lists
Categories:
- Identity information (name, national identifier, residence)
- Professional information (contact information)
Retention: We will retain insider lists as long as the information constitutes inside information + five years. You will be informed when the information ceases to be inside information.
Legal basis: Compliance with a legal obligation
Processors: None
Recipients: We provide insider lists to supervisory agencies and law enforcement agencies at their request.
