Life Funds
Since February 26, 2018, SEB has, in its capacity as depositary, managed the funds Life Emerging Market Bonds (515602-5685) and Life High Yield Bonds (515602-5693) (the "Funds")
In May 2018 SEB took the decision to initiate a dissolution process of the Funds and on June 15, 2018 a part of the payment was settled.
All assets in the fund Life Emerging Market Bonds have been liquidated and the final payment to the unit holders was made on September 28, 2018. On December 21, 2018 the fund was deregistered form the Swedish FSAs register.
Regarding the fund Life High Yield Bonds, all assets in the fund has been liquidated and the final payment was made to the unit holders on Friday March 29, 2019. On June 7, 2019 the fund was deregistered form the Swedish FSAs register.

On 26 February 2018, Finansinspektionen, Sweden's Financial Supervisory Authority, decided to immediately withdraw authorisation of Life Funds EMEA AB to manage Life Emerging Market Bonds (515602-5685) and Life High Yield Bonds (515602-5693), after request of the company itself. Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) ("SEB"), in its capacity as depository for the Funds, took over management of them.
SEB has now made a decision to liquidate both funds. The redemption will be paid out to you as unitholder as soon as possible.
