Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB ("SEB") is a Swedish Credit Institution licensed by Finansinspektionen (the Swedish supervisor) to provide banking and investment services. The shares of SEB are admitted to trading on Nasdax OMX Stockholm, that is the Swedish regulated market for trading in equities operated by Nasdaq OMX Nordic.

SEB provides banking and investment services to clients globally, both on a cross border basis but also through local presence. Business carried out in other countries than Sweden is managed either through branches established in the local market or through foreign subsidiaries. Financial services provided across the countries within the European Economic Area ("EEA") is subject to the passporting regime set out in the EU Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID), whereas operations through a foreign subsidiary requires a local license.

Investment Banking services offered by SEB is provided through the SEB's Large Corporates & Financial Institutions division.
