As our Product Management & Business Transformation Coach, you'll be instrumental in reinventing how financial products are developed, delivered, and evolved at SEB. Working at the intersection of customer needs, business strategy, and technology, you'll help the organization deliver meaningful solutions that matter.

Your Influence & Growth in this role, you will:

  • Your Expertise in action, a typical week might include:
  • Facilitating vision workshop with business leaders to align product direction with market opportunities
  • Coaching product owners on developing evidence-based roadmaps that balance customer needs with business results
  • Working with stakeholders to develop frameworks for measuring product success and ROI
  • Collaborating with agile coaches to optimize delivery practices while strengthening product management
  • Building connections between different parts of the organisation to create more cohesive customer journeys
  • Your Background:
  • Proven success in product management, business development, or strategic consulting
  • Experience coaching organizations on product thinking in complex organizational settings
  • Experience in driving portfolio management at scale
  • Strong commercial instinct balanced with customer empathy
  • Ability to influence across organizational boundaries and build consensus
  • Extensive knowledge of applying Agile and Lean approaches to business challenges
  • Comfort with ambiguity and skill in creating clarity for others
  • Swedish and English communication skills
