Savings & Investment Tribe is responsible for providing a holistic perspective in providing our clients with savings and investment solutions across Baltics. Savings & Investment Tribe achieves that mission through developing a competitive product offering for deposits, securities trading, safekeeping and developing investment advisory services in an efficient, client friendly and a compliant manner.
As a Savings & Investment Tribe business developer in Investment Advisory, you will have a responsibility to deliver Savings & Investment Tribe products and services to our customers in accordance with market expectations, our business ambitions and aligned Baltic implementation roadmap for this area. Your primary focus will be development and maintenance of investment advisory business processes and supporting IT developments, in order to enable SEB in providing first class services to clients in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
As a Business Developer you will be responsible for:
Owning, developing and maintaining business processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, user experience and profitabilityDrawing IT development requirements and providing full support for IT developmentFacilitating and driving agreements with internal stakeholdersDealing with client issues and inquiries regarding S&I productsProviding content to and running trainings for S&I area
Who we are looking for?
Fluency in English, as you will be working within an international teamFluency in Estonian language, as you will be working within Estonian regulatory documentsExperience and knowledge of investment products, processes and associated regulatory frameworkExperience owning and leading business and IT process developmentDemonstrate endless drive for finding and arguing innovative solutions to complex problemsCommunicate and cooperate effectively with team members, as well stakeholders across the BalticsManage priorities and workload effectively

2.500 € - 3.800 € a month
before tax deduction, the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
