About the role:
You will be a part of a professional team accountable for providing services related to Custody and Funds products to SEB Corporate & Private customers. Cross collaboration and interaction with other SEB teams with focus on accuracy and timely delivery are essence of our daily work.  

As a Bank Operations Specialist you will be responsible for:
  • Processing securities and fund transfers to/from SEB and other financial institutions
  • Opening and administration of custody accounts
  • Executing daily operations, by following approved process flows and established routines, ensure SLA and KPIs are met
  • Contributing to a learning culture by sharing knowledge with colleagues, i.e. work tasks, functions of systems and ways of working
  • Having a good knowledge of relevant IT systems to contribute to process development
  • Escalating potential operational risks, investigating root causes and creating action plans to avoid reoccurrence
  • Supporting stakeholders and branch offices in Sweden to resolve everyday issues and deliver world class service to our customers.
  • Applying rules to non-standard situations and execute process deviations
  • Understanding the team’s contribution in the End-to-End process

  • Temporary contract till 31th of December, 2025.
  • 1.600 € - 2.350 € a month

    The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
