Global strategy

We invest in partnership structures and directly into portfolio companies at a global stage and because of our experience, network, and insights, we have over 40 LPAC and board seats globally.

Nordic strategy

We are an active partner to our Nordic portfolio companies in the lower mid-market by always taking Board seats and normally joining as the majority owner.

Listed strategy

Through our global investment approach, we identify attractive investment opportunities, some being traded in the public markets. Our listed strategy leverages these insights and invests alongside reputable private market investors.

Private equity investments

We make control or co-control investments in small-to-midsized companies in the Nordics with sales of SEK 100 – 2,000m. Our average equity investment is between SEK 200 – 600m.

We are convinced that companies actively managing environmental, social and governance (ESG) risks and opportunities are the ones who also perform well over time.
