Our unique strategy
Our investment philosophy is based on our long and extensive experience and a strong track record of investing locally and globally. Our approach is different from other private equity firms in that we invest directly in majority owned companies in the Nordics, directly alongside selected partners globally, and indirectly through established partnerships as primaries and secondaries. This investment strategy allows us to remain flexible and react quickly to market movements to secure emerging opportunities.
Nordic strategy
We are an active partner to our Nordic portfolio companies in the lower mid-market by always taking Board seats and normally joining as the majority owner.
Listed strategy
Through our global investment approach, we identify attractive investment opportunities, some being traded in the public markets. Our listed strategy leverages these insights and invests alongside reputable private market investors.
Sustainability is at our core
As a large institutional investor in the Nordics and globally, we can greatly influence the companies and industries we invest in. For us, sustainability goes hand-in-hand with attractive risk-adjusted returns, and it is something permeating all our investment activities. We are convinced that companies actively managing environmental, social and governance (ESG) risks and opportunities are the ones who also perform well over time.
