About the role:
We’re growing our team in Vilnius – come join us on an exciting journey!
We’re working in one of the bank’s key focus areas, where we handle payments and reporting systems that are essential to making sure our customer’s financial infrastructure runs smoothly.
As a developer on our team, you’ll help build new features and improve the existing system. You will maintain and develop various backend services written in C# and Visual Basic using .net framework. You'll get to work across the full development cycle – from gathering requirements and shaping the architecture, to coding, testing, and deploying.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
Several years of experience in developing .NET/VB/C# applications, writing efficient and maintainable code.Great communication skills in English.Ability to understand business requirements and collaborate well in a multicultural environment, such as working on cross-functional projects with diverse teams. Experience from high performance and heavy load applications.Knowledge of the banking industry.Willingness to learn and share knowledge.An outgoing and positive team-player attitude.You are motivated to explore new ways to enhance our processes.

3.500 € - 5.400 € a month
The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
