About the role:
As a Lead Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our strategic business automation platforms. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and strategic vision. You will closely collaborate with our Solution Architect, Product Owner, and other different roles and teams within the organization, contributing to advanced system design, strategic planning, and team competency development.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
Extensive experience in senior levels of site reliability engineering, DevOps, or system administration rolesProficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure, AWS), infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible or similar), container management systems (e.g., OpenShift, Kubernetes etc.), CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, GitHub Actions etc.)Experience in Linux OS, SQL (e.g., PL/SQL, MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL etc.), APIs (SOAP, REST)Experience working with web service integrations (REST, SOAP, Swagger)Understanding of different architectures (monolithic, SOA, microservice, event-driven) and design principlesSkills in setting up and managing observability stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk etc.)Applied experience in ITIL (Incident/Request/Problem/Event/Change Management)Experience in test frameworks would be a plusPrevious experience working with IBM BAW or ICM or BPM or Camunda products will be considered as a very strong advantageStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesHigh level of responsibility and motivationProficiency in English

4.350 € - 6.550 € a month
The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
