Youth LAB is a paid international internship program at SEB. You will dedicate ten weeks of time working on real and meaningful business projects including hackathon where you will also discover new ways of collaborative and innovative work between other international students. Lending Services Vilnius is a key part of SEB Business Services, providing end-to-end operational support across lending products, including Leasing, Mortgage and Bank loans. The department works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality, efficient and compliant day-to-day lending operations. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, collaboration, and development, Lending Services Vilnius plays an important role in supporting SEB’s financing services globally.
As an intern in Lending Services Vilnius, you will be responsible for:
Carrying out assigned tasks according to work instructions and deadlines. Handling requests from internal and external parties related to daily business Team support on daily and additional tasks Suggestion of innovative solutions, initiation and active participation in driving change Building good relationships with colleagues within department
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
Ongoing studies at a higher education institution Strong communication skills and fluency in English A positive, proactive team player attitude Good time management and prioritization skills A strong desire to learn and grow, with an interest in banking and/or administration Motivation to contribute to projects and take initiative

1.160 € - 1.400 € a month
Before tax deduction, the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
