Youth LAB is a paid international internship program at SEB. You will dedicate ten weeks of time working on real and meaningful business projects including hackathon where you will also discover new ways of collaborative and innovative work between other international students. Our department manages end-to-end investment operations, covering corporate actions, income and redemption events, client trade processing, and post-trade controls. We ensure timely and accurate settlement of equities, bonds, funds, and derivatives; oversee payment flows and liquidity movements; and resolve exceptions through effective stakeholder coordination. We also drive efficiency by contributing to automation initiatives and developing analytical tools, dashboards, and reports to support continuous process improvement.

Your responsibilities will include:
Process of client trades in equities, bonds, funds and derivative transactions ensuring timely and accurate execution. Verify reported holdings of derivatives including futures, options, FX-forwards, swaps, and CDS. Administer and control external and internal account transactions across various investment products, investigate root causes of deviations in securities-related transactions, and analyse the impact of corporate actions—such as dividends, mergers and acquisitions, stock splits, and rights issues—on the fund portfolio. Handle post trade control, identifying and resolving errors in failed transactions, coordinating with counterparties and custodians. Support stakeholders and customers

900 € - 1.100 € a month
Monthly salary range indicated for this position is before tax deduction. The offer for final candidate* will depend on experience and competences of the candidate for the required job. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
