About the role:

As a Payroll & Workforce Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality payroll and workforce operational services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement across HR processes. You will additionally manage a broad range of daily administrative and operational tasks, internal and external reporting, contribute to process improvements, testing the tools  and support system maintenance. This role encourages proactivity and independence while working closely with colleagues in Vilnius and globally.  

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update workforce data across HR systems 

  • Support workforce processes such as position changes, organizational updates, and employment lifecycle events 

  • Execute payroll and workforce-related deliveries end-to-end 

  • Process salary calculations (e.g., vacation, sickness, benefits, and other compensation) 

  • Manage salary payments, deductions, benefits, social security, taxation, and payroll accounting 

  • Provide internal and external reporting, as well as workforce statistics and analysis 

  • Ensure accurate handling and follow-up of cases in relevant systems 

  • Contribute to process improvements and new ways of working across payroll and workforce areas 

  • Support a knowledge-sharing culture within the team 

Who we are looking for:
  • Have a strong sense of accuracy and responsibility when working with employee and payroll data 

  • Feel comfortable following established processes, while also seeing opportunities to improve them 

  • Bring experience in payroll and workforce operations, with an understanding of end-to-end processes  (would be considered as an advantage) 

  • Take ownership of your work and ensure smooth handling of daily tasks and requests 

  • Enjoy collaborating with others and building positive, trust-based relationships across teams 

  • Are curious and open to new ways of working, with the willingness to learn and try out new tools and solutions 

  • Contribute to a supportive team culture by sharing knowledge and helping others succeed 

  • Bring a positive mindset, logical thinking, and persistence when solving challenges 

  • Have strong Excel skills and an interest in developing further within HR, payroll, and workforce areas

1.950 € - 2.800 € a month

The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
