About the role

This is an opportunity to join a delivery focused and experienced team where ownership, collaboration, and customer value are at the core of everything we do. You’ll work with business-critical mortgage solutions used by external customers and internal users, in a domain where quality, performance, and long-term maintainability truly matter.

You’ll be part of a motivated and supportive team led by an inspiring team manager, recently recognized as Leader of the Year by Finansförbundet.

In your role as Tech Lead you will be a technical leader for one agile team and also work in close collaboration with other Tech Leads, architects and stakeholders. You will be part of the exciting journey where we continuously work to modernize the current applications and move towards API and container-based architecture. Our API´s are built with .NET Core, Docker containers. We both develop new functionality according to SEB´s target architecture as well as maintain current applications.

 

To thrive in this role we believe that you have:

  • You are a natural leader who can lead the developers and “show the way” in everything from our architectural movement to best practices and integrations.
  • Previous experience from a Tech Lead role or minimum 8-10 years in a .NET fullstack developer role. With knowledge in Microservices, CI/CD and Docker.
  • Experience with React, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience from working with DevSecOps related work and are interested in developing and learning more in that area
  • Updated regarding modern code guidelines and standards such as SOLID, TDD, DDD
  • Experience in test automation (unit, integration, and end-to-end testing)
  • Experience using different AI tools as a part of your daily work routine
  • Ability to design technical solutions, strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • It is meritorious if you have worked with Pub/Sub (Kafka), Camunda BPMN, OpenShift, GitHub Actions and GCP.
