Team manager of Cards Requests group | SEB, Vilnius
Join us as a Team Manager in Payments and Cards services department and take responsibility for driving process improvements and ensuring quality delivery within Cards Requests group. Your role will include overseeing the timely and accurate handling of cardholders and merchants requests, as well as managing merchants agreements.
You would be a part of management team in Baltic Business Services Center and contribute significantly to implementing its digital agenda.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and inspiring the team of eight employees responsible for merchants agreements, cardholders and merchants requests (including chargebacks) in all three Baltic countries
- Team activity planning and coordination
- Ensuring quality services and continuous process improvements
- Supporting team members with daily tasks
- Interacting with stakeholders from different teams across SEB in terms of cards services
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Leadership experience
- Expertise in Cards products and processes
- Strong personal drive and ability to inspire others
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English language

2.750 € - 5.050 € a month
(before tax deduction).
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
