About the role:
As Team Manager, you will empower and guide three high-impact teams across two geographical locations, setting clear direction, removing obstacles, and creating the conditions for sustainable delivery and continuous improvement. You will oversee the team dedicated to our AI solution SensAIa, driving innovation and strategic development; lead the team managing PWMFO’s critical CRM application WM360, ensuring seamless and effective client relationship management; and guide the team responsible for developing the new digital front for PWM&FO, the Global Portal— a pivotal component of PWMFO’s digital channel strategy focused on continuous improvement and customer value creation.
Your key responsibilities:
  • Own outcomes and performance – Be accountable for team delivery, performance, and KPIs by prioritizing effectively, removing impediments, and empowering teams to make informed decisions.
  • Lead and develop people – Attract, retain, reward, and coach colleagues in line with SEB processes; conduct PDDs; foster a strong learning culture; and enable knowledge sharing and best-practice adoption.
  • Steward financial performance – Manage cost frames while driving both short- and long-term efficiencies.
  • Manage risk and compliance – Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, policies, rules, and internal instructions.
  • Champion agile transformation – Lead with a transformative mindset that promotes autonomy, strengthens cross-team collaboration, and embeds agile ways of working across the organization.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
  • Proven experience managing engineers directly, including leading performance reviews, career development, and team growth.
  • An inclusive, collaborative leadership style that nurtures learning and growth.
  • Solid understanding of banking regulations and internal policies—and the pragmatism to apply them.
  • A structured yet practical approach, with a focus on service quality and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, diplomacy, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent English, spoken and written.

5.300 € - 7.900 € a month
The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
