About the role:
At Business Enabler Solutions we are responsible for the overall IT delivery and the capabilities that are shared throughout the bank for Customer Life Cycle Management (CLM), Product Life Cycle Management (PLM), Digital Identity and Access Management (DIAM). Within the As a Service Components department, we manage SEB’s common components for Identification & Signing and Authorisations. We work both with existing applications and with transforming these solutions into modern, service-based contexts.
As a Team Manager, you will lead and support three development teams with a total of around 20 talented engineers. You will be responsible for developing the team and ensure that they have the right conditions for a proactive and efficient way of working, including adapting to new technologies and automation. Driving change, secure needed competences and really utilizing everyone’s expertise and contribution are vital parts of the assignment.
You will work in close collaboration with other managers in Sweden, Vilnius and other parts of our IT functions as well as with stakeholders in the business. In the agile context we belong to Business Enabler Domain. You will be a part of As a Service Components management team and report to the Head of As a Service Components.
