As Team Manager, you will lead and develop two closely related teams:

  • The Application Platform team, responsible for the technical foundation that enables application development across several trading product areas, including Fixed Income, Commodities, Equities and Securities Lending.
  • The Support team, providing expert operational and technical support to ensure stability, performance and reliability of critical trading and development systems.

You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders, creating stable environments, efficient collaboration and high-quality delivery. Your focus will be on people leadership, continuous improvement and ensuring that the teams have the right conditions to succeed.

You will also be responsible for:

  • IT delivery with a strong focus on quality, security and reliability
  • Financial planning, follow-up and cost efficiency
  • Third-party management and compliance with risk, security and audit requirements
  • Promoting agile ways of working and a strong feedback culture
 
The team consists of 12 employees and is based in Stockholm.
 
 
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
  • Proven experience of leading and developing teams
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trustful relationships
  • A coaching leadership style and a genuine interest in people development
  • Experience from leading initiatives where AI or advanced analytics have been applied in a practical and value-driven way (meriting)
  • Experience from working with trading systems or products; knowledge of Fixed Income is an advantage
