Join us as a Team Lead in the Payments and Cards Services Department, where you will be responsible for driving process improvements and ensuring quality delivery within the Requests Handling group. Your role will include overseeing the timely and accurate administration of documents received from courts, justice institutions, bailiffs, notaries, and other third-party requests.
You would be a part of management team in Baltic Business Services Center and contribute significantly to implementing its digital agenda.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and inspiring the team of six employees responsible for third party requests Team activity planning and coordination Ensuring quality services and continuous process improvements Supporting team members with daily tasks Interacting with stakeholders from different teams across SEB in terms of group responsibilities
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
Leadership experience Experience in Daily banking products and processes Strong personal drive and ability to inspire others Good communication and stakeholder management skills Fluency in English language

3.200 € - 4.800 € a month
The final offer (before tax deduction) will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
