About the role 

The Talent Acquisition team operates across the Baltics, supporting recruitment for a wide range of roles and working closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues across the organization. 

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and attracting candidates to coordinating interviews, facilitating assessments, and supporting hiring decisions. You will partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and ensure a professional, efficient, and positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders. 

In addition to recruitment delivery, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working to ensure an effective and high-quality hiring journey.

You will:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various functions 
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies 
  • Source and attract candidates through multiple channels, including professional networks, job boards, social media, and employee referrals 
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey 
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs 
  • Contribute to recruitment-related projects and continuous process improvements 
To thrive in this role, we believe you:
  • Have experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role 
  • Enjoy building relationships and collaborating with stakeholders at different levels 
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Are solution-oriented and comfortable working independently while being a strong team player 
  • Are curious about new trends and approaches within talent acquisition and candidate experience 
  • Are fluent in English and Latvian, both written and spoken, as you will be working with Baltic and local teams.

1.950 € - 2.800 € a month

before tax deduction, the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
