About the role 

Our Talent Acquisition team provides comprehensive support to SEB’s managers, ensuring the right talent is hired through a quality, unbiased recruitment process and the best candidate experience. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment within our area, partnering with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition colleagues. Alongside delivering a positive candidate experience, you will advise on recruitment needs and improve how we attract, assess and hire talent. 

• Advise hiring managers on candidate suitability and keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process 
• Use recruitment data and feedback to improve quality, efficiency and candidate experience 
• Proactively source suitable candidates and conduct structured interviews and assessments 
• Screen incoming applications and select candidates who best meet the required criteria 
• Provide hiring managers with relevant market insights to support informed recruitment decisions  

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, including independently managing end-to-end hiring and advising on complex assignments. 
• Practical knowledge of sourcing, candidate assessment and recruitment systems. 
• The ability to build trusted relationships, influence decisions and communicate clearly in English. 
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, combined with a collaborative and knowledge-sharing mindset, ability to work together on various projects and initiatives with colleagues globally. 
• Ability to be proactive, take initiative, and work well independently 
• A degree in HR, business, psychology or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
