Looking for a part-time role alongside your studies? Join the FICC Management Support team at SEB and gain firsthand experience in one of the bank's most dynamic environments: the Trading Floor.

As a Student Office Administrator, you'll support the day-to-day operations of FICC Markets while working closely with colleagues across the business. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience within Corporate & Investment Banking and develop skills that will benefit you throughout your career.

This is a flexible part-time position, typically 8-16 hours per week alongside your studies, with opportunities to work additional hours during university holidays and other busy periods.

 

What you'll do

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting expense reporting and receipt processing for FICC Stockholm. This will be one of your primary responsibilities, and we require that you take pride in this task and deliver it with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Handling invoices, approvals and cost centre allocations.
  • Creating and distributing invoices to clients and counterparties.
  • Coordinating meetings, conference rooms and catering.
  • Supporting with coordination of client and internal events.
  • Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects that help keep the business running smoothly.

  • Organized, reliable and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Able to prioritize and manage their time effectively.
  • Flexible and willing to take ownership.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Swedish is considered an advantage.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office; Excel skills are an advantage.
