Depositary Services Reconciliation Team provides safekeeping, oversight & cash monitoring services to over 80 Fund Companies including Sweden and Nordic Sites (Finland, Norway and Denmark), and handle over 1000 funds.
As a Business Services Specialist you will:
administer and control external and internal account transactions related to different investment products investigate root causes of deviations in transactions related to securities such as bonds, equities, fund units analyse the impact of different corporate actions (dividends, mergers and acquisitions, stock splits, right issues) on the fund portfolio verify reported holdings of derivatives (Futures, Options, Fx-Forwards, Swaps, CDS etc.) support stakeholders and customers
Who we are looking for:
friendly colleague with strong organizational and analytical skills and a high focus on quality ability to work well in a collaborative environment team player who demonstrates a genuine interest in the investment/finance sector previous experience in the finance industry is considered an advantage, but not essential a proactive individual who will take ownership and drive key activities forward, ensuring impactful outcomes and continuous improvement.

1.350 € - 2.000 € a month
Monthly salary range indicated for this position is before tax deduction. The offer for final candidate* will depend on experience and competences of the candidate for the required job. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
