Finance, Risk, and Compliance are undergoing a major transformation—driven by business and regulatory changes as well as significant shifts in architectural design. We’re therefore looking for a Solution Architect with financial and risk know-how to design and implement large-scale data solutions within a highly regulated environment. About the role:
As a Solution Architect in our team, you will take end-to-end responsibility for the architecture within a specific area of the tribe. Your work will involve a high degree of complexity, both from a technology and data perspective as well as from a people and process perspective. To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
Experience working with architecture including business architecture. Solid knowledge of financial and risk management processes within financial institutions to design solutions that meet regulatory and business requirements. Proficiency in using ArchiMate for modeling and documentation. Competence in cloud environments, preferably with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Good understanding of Data Warehouse methodologies and architecture, including data modelling, ETL processes, and data integration techniques. Experience in building Business Intelligence and data analytics capabilities. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Proven leadership skills to guide teams, build strong relationships, and foster collaboration. Excellent oral and written communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively to both business and IT professionals. Fluency in English.
