About the team and role:
We are looking for a Solution Architect with strong hands-on data engineering experience to join the Tax Compliance Reporting Solutions Team within the Finance, Risk, and Data Tribe.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing architectural leadership within a development delivery team, shaping development patterns, contributing to hands-on implementation, and defining reusable standards and patterns across the tribe.

Your key responsibilities include:
  • Lead and own architectural designs for initiatives, driving the creation of end-to-end solution artifacts and decisions.
  • Guide solution architecture implementation, working closely with senior engineers to shape system design and define non-functional requirements.
  • Conduct requirements and gap analysis, develop proofs of concept, and map technical solutions to business needs.
  • Ensure proposed solutions align with tribe-level architecture patterns, standards, and best practices.
  • Build and enhance regulatory reporting solutions within Tax and Financial Crime Prevention areas.
  • Design and implement complex data extractions, transformations, and integrations (ETL/ELT).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile setup to deliver high-value, compliant solutions.
  • Drive a culture of innovation and trust by encouraging out‑of‑the‑box thinking and acting as a dependable advisor to engineers and stakeholders.
What we expect:
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide teams, build strong relationships, and foster collaboration.
  • 5+ years of experience delivering data-driven, end-to-end reporting solutions using SQL, SAS (base/macro), and/or Python.
  • Experience creating architectural artifacts and hands-on coding, scripting, and automation.
  • Strong background working with complex software and data-intensive solutions.
  • A proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and apply new technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technology stakeholders.
  • Experience with public cloud platforms (GCP/Azure/AWS) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, as you will be working in Baltic team

3.700 € - 5.600 € a month
(before tax deduction).
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
