There are more than 200 systems and applications where all bank products, business processes, channels, and data are created and maintained by the Product & Technology Development department.
As a Software Tester in the Private Lending team within the Financing & Loans Tribe, you will join a highly professional international team developing and delivering financial products across the Baltic countries, including mortgage and consumer lending solutions.
- Make an impact by ensuring reliable lending solutions for customers across the Baltics
- Take ownership of test automation across back-end and front-end applications
- Work closely with developers, business specialists, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
- Grow your technical expertise while improving test coverage, quality standards, and delivery practices
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and test frameworks
- Translate business and technical requirements into effective test scenarios
- Perform functionality, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous delivery
- Identify and document defects, collaborate with development teams to resolve issues, and improve overall test coverage and quality practices
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in test automation
- Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Experience with API testing and tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or similar
- Familiarity with SQL and database validation, as well as Git or CI/CD environments.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices
- Experience with Playwright or Selenium would be considered an advantage
- Experience testing microservices or cloud-based solutions
- Performance testing experience with tools such as JMeter or k6
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools
