About the job
As a Significant Process Owner for Internal Identity and Access Management (IIAM), you will play a critical role in safeguarding our organization’s digital identity landscape. This is a strategic position with broad accountability, where you will own and evolve key IAM processes that are essential for security, compliance, and operational excellence.
You will also be part of the management team responsible for delivering IIAM services to the bank, contributing to strategic decisions and ensuring best-in-class identity and access solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Define and maintain IAM strategy, ensure compliance, and act as sponsor for IIAM initiatives.
· Own IAM processes (provisioning, RBAC, access reviews, PAM, lifecycle) and drive continuous improvement.
· Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, serving as escalation point.
· Oversee IAM tool implementation, integration, and system performance monitoring.
· Identify and mitigate access-related risks, ensure timely access removal, and support incident response.
· Promote IAM awareness and provide training to stakeholders and process users.
· Deliverables include a comprehensive IAM strategy and governance framework, streamlined process documentation with automation roadmap, integrated IAM tool architecture, stakeholder and vendor management plans, risk register with incident response playbook, and organization-wide training and awareness materials
What We’re Looking For
· 5+ years of experience as a Process Owner, with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IIAM).
· Preferably experience in the finance industry or other highly regulated environments.
· Strong understanding of IAM principles, standards, and best practices.
· Experience with IAM tools (Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk).
· Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001).
· Proven experience working in an Agile environment and driving process improvements.
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
· Ability to manage complex initiatives and deliver results in a dynamic setting.
