We’re looking for someone who:
- Has the ability to inspire, engage and unite a development team in a dynamic and complex environment.
- Always thinks customer-first, and have the combination of commercial and technical skill.
- Sees obstacles as puzzles to solve together, not walls to hit.
- Balances ambitious vision with practical execution.
- Connects easily with developers, designers, stakeholders, partners (internal & external) and customers.
- Communicates complex ideas in ways that inspire action.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.
- Maintains a clear overview of development progress and status, documenting it in a structured and accessible way for effective communication and sharing.
You have the experience to back it up:
- 5+ years as a Product Owner or similar role.
- Proven track record with agile methodologies and product and service development.
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives.
