You will become part of a professional international team – Private Lending – engaged in developing and delivering world-class loan products for private customers across the Baltic countries.

Develop, deliver and maintain private loan products

Prepare, coordinate and support developments related to such loans

Negotiate and make agreements with internal and external stakeholders and partners

Participate in development projects

Support and advise front-line employees

Professional working proficiency in English, as you will be working within an international team

Fluent Lithuanian skills, as you will be working within local and regulatory documents

Experience and knowledge of credit products, processes and regulatory framework

Strong communication and effective cooperation skills with team members, as well as other stakeholders

Determination to find and argue for new solutions to tough problems

Ability to manage priorities and workload effectively and independently
